Black Swan is a yoga pose that is known for its challenging balance and strength requirements. It is typically held for several breaths, so it may be difficult to do the pose for just 5 minutes.
However, here is a modified version of the pose that you can try in just 5 minutes:
Begin in Downward Facing Dog pose, with your hands and feet on the ground and your hips lifted toward the sky.
Shift your weight onto your right foot and lift your left leg off the ground.
Bend your left knee and bring your heel toward your buttocks, keeping your left leg parallel to the ground.
Reach your left hand to the inside of your left foot and your right hand to the outside of your left foot.
Lift your chest and gaze forward, maintaining your balance on your right foot.
Hold the pose for a few breaths, then release and repeat on the other side.
Remember to keep your core engaged and your hips squared as you hold the pose.
You may also want to use a wall or other support for balance if you are just starting out.
